How do I import my existing member data?

Ecclesly supports importing data from CSV files and common church management systems. Go to Settings > Import Data and follow the step-by-step wizard to map your fields and import your records.

Can I customize the donation categories?

Yes! You can create unlimited custom donation categories (funds) to match your church's needs. Go to Settings > Donation Categories to add, edit, or remove categories.

How do I generate year-end giving statements?

Navigate to Donations > Reports > Giving Statements. Select the year and choose to generate statements for all donors or specific members. You can download PDFs or email statements directly to donors.

Is my data secure?

Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption for all data in transit and at rest. Your data is backed up daily and stored in secure, ISO 27001 certified data centers. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

Can multiple staff members access the system?

Yes! Ecclesly supports unlimited users with role-based permissions. You can assign different access levels to staff, volunteers, and administrators to control what each person can view and edit.
