How does module-based pricing work?
You start with the People + Finance base plan ($29.99/mo), which covers member management, attendance, giving records, and reports. Then you add only the modules your church actually needs — Online Giving, Accounting, Communications, etc. You never pay for features you don't use.
Are there limits on members, staff, or campuses?
No. Every plan — including the base — has unlimited members, staff users, and campuses. Your church should grow freely without hitting arbitrary caps.
How does the free trial work?
The base plan includes a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You get full access to People + Finance during the trial. Add-on modules can be activated at any time.
We already use QuickBooks. Do we need the Accounting module?
No. If you handle your books in QuickBooks, you can skip the Accounting module entirely. Many churches use Ecclesly just for People + Finance (and Online Giving) and export to QuickBooks separately.
Can I add or remove modules at any time?
Yes. You can add a module at any time and get immediate access. Removing a module takes effect at your next billing cycle — your data is always preserved, never deleted.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes — annual billing saves roughly 17% compared to monthly on every module. For example, the base plan is $29.99/mo monthly or $299.99/yr ($25/mo equivalent).
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and ACH bank transfers. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
