How does the free trial work?
All plans include a free trial (14 days for Starter, Growth, and Pro; 30 days for Enterprise). No credit card required to start. You get full access to all features in your chosen plan during the trial.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, the change takes effect at your next billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my member limit?
We won't lock you out. You'll receive a notification suggesting an upgrade. If you consistently exceed your limit, we'll work with you to find the right plan.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes, annual billing saves you roughly 2 months compared to paying monthly. For example, the Growth plan is $99/month or $990/year (saving $198).

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and ACH bank transfers. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
